Situated at the corner of Jalan Dhoby and Jalan Pahang in Johor Bahru. The claim at this restaurant is that they serve the best chicken chop in town. Since i did not get a chance to try other chicken chops around Johor Bahru area, I guess I have to agree with the claim. It is the main dish to order here, but you can also order some local & Chinese dishes like nasi goreng, mee goreng, mihun goreng etc. Simple menu that offers delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices. Important note to remember is that their kitchen will close at 9pm. So go there early if you do not want to get dissapointed. Getting a parking space can be difficult too. If you are going to try the chicken chop, decide whether you want the chicken to be deep fried or grilled. Then choose either mushroom or black pepper sauce. On the side, they will also include, potato chips, and coleslaw. You can also have 2 fried eggs on top for an additional charge.

Sitka is a simple restaurant located in the shoplots off Jalan Batai (behind Hock Lee’s). The menu might be minimal, but the selection is not your typical offerings; Tacos, fancy sandwiches, Buttermilk Chicken and a choice of amazing salads, among other things. The mains are predominantly Western and they also serve coffee, pastries and cakes, for those aiming for a peaceful morning/teatime snack. Recommended Try everything.. although the Sandwiches and Tacos seem to be favourites. Price Typical meal per pax will cost between RM25 – 40. LocationGBWL Likes & Dislikes |
